I acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land on which I live and work, the Muwinina people, whose land was never ceded. I honour their enduring connection to the land, skies, and waterways and pay my deepest respects to their Elders past, present, and emerging. I also acknowledge today’s Tasmanian Aboriginal people as the ongoing custodians of Lutruwita (Tasmania), whose rich cultures and histories continue to enrich us all.
